We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at storyoflight.music@gmail.com or ismaelfall32@gmail.com with clear photos. We will review the issue and provide a solution.

Return Conditions  
We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.

Unauthorized Returns  
Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

EU Customers  
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days. To exercise this right, the item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
